The context:

The client is looking to implement tools around its technical stack to continuously improve the performance of its IT system and development teams.

Problem solving approach:

Launch of an industrialisation and instrumentation project around the existing technical stack, preceded by the development of compliance rules and coding standards to be respected.

Result:

Provide off-the-shelf technical stacks to facilitate the bootstrapping of new Dev/Ops projects, and tangible KPIs for senior management: Increased deployment frequency from 1-2 per week to around 10 per day.
